• {form_open} (single) - The opening form tag to post the checkout.  You can use the standard </form> html tag to close the form.
• {payment_options} (single) - Displays the payment options configured. 
• {shipping_action} (single) - The secure url used in the ajax request to post the shipping callback too. 
• {total_action} (single) - The secure url used to post the ajax request to calculate the order totals.
